R+T Asia 2025 marks milestone anniversary with record growth and global reach

R+T Asia wrapped its 20th edition with record-breaking attendance and international reach, solidifying its position as Asia’s premier trade fair for the sun shading and door/gate industries.
The event also commemorated the 60th anniversary of the global R+T brand, signaling its long-standing influence in the built environment sector.
Held from May 26 to 28 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, this year’s show marked a historic high in both scale and participation. More than 750 exhibitors occupied 120,000 square meters of exhibition space, attracting 55,201 professional visitors from 115 countries—including 15,567 international attendees, a 10% year-on-year rise.
The turnout underscored R+T Asia’s role as a resilient hub for cross-border collaboration amid ongoing global trade headwinds. The show floor was marked by intensive deal-making, high-level networking, and strategic partnerships.

Organizers reported an 83% rebooking rate for the 2026 edition, with several sections nearly sold out, reflecting sustained exhibitor confidence and growing momentum for next year’s event.

Curated tours and matchmaking sessions linked international decision-makers with targeted exhibitors, facilitating measurable business outcomes.
Domestic delegations from key provinces and industry associations further strengthened engagement on the show floor.
Design innovation takes center stage at cadex
