The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AmCham Philippines) will hold the 2026 Corporate Social Impact (CSI) Awards on November 18, bringing together businesses and nonprofit organizations making meaningful contributions to communities through social, environmental, and development initiatives.
The awards recognize organizations demonstrating how business and community impact can go hand in hand, highlighting programs that address pressing needs, create measurable results, and offer sustainable approaches that can benefit communities beyond the organizations that initiated them.
For 2026, the CSI Awards will recognize outstanding initiatives across six categories: Education & Future Workforce; Environmental Sustainability & Resource Efficiency; Economic Empowerment & Livelihood Development; Healthcare Equity & Support; Disaster Response & Emergency Relief; and Community Impact & Civic Engagement.
The program will also bring together large companies, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and nonprofit organizations, recognizing that meaningful social impact can take many forms and can be driven by organizations of different sizes and across different sectors.
By bringing these organizations together, the awards aim to highlight diverse approaches to social impact while encouraging the sharing of ideas, partnerships, and practices that can be adapted and sustained in different communities.
“Social impact is not measured simply by the size of a program, but by the difference it makes in people’s lives and the ability to sustain and extend that impact,” said Ebb Hinchliffe, executive director of AmCham Philippines. “Through the CSI Awards, we hope to recognize organizations addressing real challenges in innovative and meaningful ways, while encouraging others to learn from and build on these efforts.”
Entries will be assessed by an independent panel of judges based on impact, sustainability, innovation, scalability and replicability, community engagement, strategic alignment, and communications and outreach. AmCham Philippines will not participate in the judging process in any capacity, ensuring that entries are evaluated independently.
The 2026 awards will culminate in a gala ceremony on November 18, 2026, at the Sheraton Manila Hotel, Newport World Resorts in Pasay City, where the year’s outstanding initiatives will be recognized.
Now in its second year, the CSI Awards build on AmCham Philippines’ continuing efforts to highlight responsible business practices and initiatives that contribute to stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable communities in the Philippines. Through the awards, the chamber seeks not only to recognize successful initiatives but also to encourage organizations to deepen their social impact and explore opportunities for collaboration in addressing the country’s evolving social and community challenges.
The awards are part of AmCham Philippines’ broader role in fostering collaboration within the country’s business community. Incorporated in 1920, AmCham Philippines is one of the country’s oldest and most respected business organizations, with more than 900 members representing diverse industries and nationalities.
Through its committees and extensive network, the chamber serves as a platform for business advocacy, industry collaboration, and policy dialogue, while supporting initiatives that promote sustainable growth, strengthen the business community, and foster partnerships between the private and public sectors.
Eligible AmCham Philippines members may now submit their social impact initiatives for consideration. For guidelines and submission requirements, email [email protected].
